What a totally and truly fabulous app!! Jason Vale has an amazing way of helping you through this very exciting but scary process. His enthusiasm is infectious. The knowledge is amazing. I feel so good after being on this for four days that Im going to go on and do the 28 day super juice challenge. I love the shopping list it made it very easy to do the program. Just go to the store with the list and away you go you just need to buy your juicer. Now theres an entirely other issue!! I wholeheartedly recommend after much research the Omega VRT 400 HD, or the Omega VRT350 HD. Happy juicing and good health to all.
